Whizzz Bang Fireworks is the progressive arm of Montague's Newsagents. John Paddon's Stepfather Mr Montague was originally involved serving the local population with retail fireworks since 1934. John has personally been involved since the 1960 when Mr montague died and he took over the business in partnership with his mother. His son Jonathan was born on November the 5th 1967. This is echoed in each of his professional displays. In 2003 John's daughter Alison came in to the business (with her honours degree) as a partner. Which now makes Whizzz Bang Fireworks a truly family business now into its third generation.

Whizzz Bang Fireworks' ethos is highly unusual in the trade. We offer a comprehensive service which encompasses anything from a £7.00 mixed selection box, to an unlimited budget, purpose designed, Professional Display. Every client is offered a personal service, tailored to their individual requirements. As a Business we will even come and survey your premises and advice you on Health and Safety requirements and Insurance for public displays if required.

Year round we offer Purpose Designed Self Fire Displays, a Professional Display Service for a variety of Functions including Weddings, Promotional Evenings, Birthday Celebrations, Christenings and believe it or not Funerals too! We hold probably the largest selection of Fireworks for miles, buying from 7 different Importers and offering over 10 Ranges to choose from. We can even personalise your selection, design your display to a theme, make you a firework with your name on it, or help you select a display in one from our vast selection of single ignition fireworks. We are well known for both of our Services and have an established customer base which stretches from Cornwall and Wales up to Manchester.
