Sadly, "Mr Whizzz Bang" as he was known passed away suddenly in May 2019, however this is NOT the end of Whizzz Bang Fireworks. John "handed over the torch" to his middle daughter, Alison, who has been working alongside John with fireworks since she was only 11 (there were no laws in the olden days ;) ) Alison will be continuing with John's legacy using everything he has taught her over the years with the support of our fantastic team, Nathan, Byron, Sammie, Jon, Terry, Cheryne, Mark and our Head of shows, Sam Lovell.

We held a farewell firework display to honour John Paddon, the founder of Whizzz Bang Fireworks. It was one of his final wishes to put on one last display "for the village" which he grew up in and loved so much. If you missed the display then the video below will give you an idea of just how amazing it was, this video is only a short compilation of the whole show as it was a 12 minutes long. Enjoy.

Whizzz Bang Fireworks buy from a variety of reputable importers which ensures that we have the "best of the best" which in turn allow us to offer of the best shows around.

- We offer bespoke displays which can be personalised or themed.

- Firework Shows can be arranged from stock at short notice. (Please note that this excludes high retail season as we can not guarantee available staff.)

- We will make arrangements to visit and survey your site where we then provide a written report with photographic evidence for insurance purposes upon confirmation of booking.

- Risk assessments produced for our own documentation and a copy for our clients to be made available for inspection.

- Crowd control barriers provided and erected on request.

- No mess! We remove and safely dispose of all empty carcasses when we leave.
